Kendall’s Smoked Fish

David and I went to Duluth today for my cousin’s funeral. We left early enough that we could stop at Kendall’s Smokehouse off of Highway 61 in Knife River.

They have the best smoked salmon. This time we also tried their smoked trout. Good stuff!
